Position: National Sales and Training Lead (Targeting HVAC Contractors)

OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly determined, positive and reliable person to oversee our National HVAC Sales and Training Program targeting the HVAC industry. You will be in charge of successfully managing the daily implementation of our HVAC Premium Power Program which includes all the necessary tools, including NATE Certified CE Credits, to deliver wildly happy clients. The ideal candidate has experience working for or with HVAC contractors. Partnering with our sales and marketing teams, the successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop new business opportunities related to Maxivolt’s HVAC Premium Power Program
Prospect for and identify sales opportunities in the HVAC industry
Maintain and expand existing accounts
Implement sales strategies and tactics for individual sales opportunities
Present company’s NATE certified trainings (in person and webinars)
Make sales presentations through various mediums
Participate in industry specific regional and national trade shows
Manage daily administrative tasks
Assist in researching accounts, identifying decision makers and generating proposals
Enter relative information into the company’s CRM database
Make outbound sales calls to established accounts
Create and process sales orders
Other duties may be assigned

Position: Sales & Marketing Assistant

OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly skilled, adaptable, and reliable Sales and Marketing Assistant who thrives at delivering detailed results.. Partnering with our sales and marketing teams, the successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage daily administrative tasks
Generate reports on marketing and sales metrics
Contribute to collaborative efforts
Organize and recap sales meetings
Assist in arranging travel arrangements for the sales team
Coordinate with the marketing director to generate digital and print advertising material
Maintain and update impeccable records of marketing and sales metrics
Prepare and deliver regular sales reports
Assist in researching accounts, identifying decision makers and generating proposals
Utilize the company’s CRM database including data entry and process functionality
Make outbound sales calls to established company accounts
Create and process sales orders
Other duties may be assigned

Position: Manufacturing Technician

OVERVIEW

Maxivolt is seeking a hard working “perfectionist” for a full-time manufacturing position with opportunity for advancement.  Maxivolt is a 30-year-old manufacturer of premium power quality equipment.  Candidates with some technical knowledge of soldering, assembly, and inventory management are preferred, but not necessary.  Training will be provided.  Attitude, excellence, and willingness to learn are most important.  Compensation package includes salary, benefits, and profit sharing.
